Scanning Tickets

Tap Scan to open the main scanner view, which displays a viewfinder of your device's camera.

When prompted, allow the app to access your camera. This permission prompt only appears during the first login.

You are now ready to scan tickets.

Scanning tips

Position the scanner 6–8 inches from the ticket and align the barcode within the guided corners in the viewfinder. Adjust distance or lighting if the camera struggles to focus. When focused, the scanner detects the barcode automatically.

Checking In Multiple Tickets

Once the scanner validates the QR code for a group of tickets within a single order, the app displays a menu showing all tickets associated with that order. You can choose how to proceed:

Tap Check In Remaining to validate all tickets in the order at once.

Tap Check In to validate only the tickets you want at this time.

For tickets that have already been validated, tap Check Out to allow the ticket to be scanned again later.

Scan Settings

Access scan settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner of the scanner view.

  • Check Out Mode: Off by default. Enable to check tickets out rather than in.
  • Flashlight: Off by default. Enable to activate the flashlight for low-light scanning.
  • Vibrate on Scan: Enable to make the device vibrate when a ticket is scanned.
  • Sound on Scan: Enable to emit a sound when a ticket is scanned.
  • Battery Saver Mode: When enabled, the camera turns off after 30 seconds of inactivity. Tap the screen to resume scanning.
tip

Access scan history from the scanner screen.

Scan Statuses

When you scan a ticket, the app displays whether the ticket is valid or invalid. For invalid scans, the app shows more detail about the issue.

To view your scan count, check the Scan Stats section of the app.
